Removal |

Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the battery negative (-)
cable.

2. |
Turn the steering wheel so that the front wheels can face straight ahead.
|
3. |
Remove the drive airbag module.
(Refer to Restraint - "Drive Air Bag Module")
|
4. |
Disconnect the steering wheel connector (A).
|
5. |
Remove the steering wheel lock bolt (B) and then separate the steering
wheel from the steering column.

Installation |

Install in the reverse order of removal.

Loosen the screw and then remove the lower cover (A).
|
2. |
Disconnect the remote control switch connector (A).
|
3. |
Remove the heated steering wheel wiring (B) from the steering wheel
after loosening the screw (A).

4. |
Loosen the screw (A) and then remove the remote control switch (B).
|
5. |
Remove the steering wheel ornament (A).
|

Remove the paddle shift switch (A) and then disconnect the connector.
|
2. |
Loosen the screw and then remove the lower cover.
|
3. |
Disconnect the remote control switch connector (A).
|
4. |
Remove the heated steering wheel wiring (B) from the steering wheel
after loosening the screw (A).
|
5. |
Loosen the screw (A) and then remove the remote control switch (B).
|
6. |
Remove the steering wheel ornament (A).
