Hyundai Kona: Body Side Molding / Roof Rack Repair procedures

Removal

•	When removing with a flat-tip screwdriver or remover, wrap protective tape around the tools to prevent damage to components.

•	Put on gloves to prevent hand injuries.

1.	Remove the roof rack side cap (A).

2.	Loosen the nuts and remove the roof rack assembly (B).

Installation

Install the roof rack assembly (B).

Tightening torque :

3.9 - 4.4 N.m (0.4 - 0.45 kgf.m, 2.9 - 3.3 lb-ft)

•	Tighten mounting nuts as
