Hyundai Kona: Crash Pad / Glove Box Repair procedures

•
Put on gloves to prevent hand injuries.
  
•
When removing with a flat-tip screwdriver or remover, wrap protective tape around the tools to prevent damage to components.
•
Use a plastic panel removal tool to remove interior trim pieces without marring the surface.
•
Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.
1.
Open the glove box (A) in the direction of the arrow.

2.
Pull out the both sides stopper (B) from the glove box (A).

3.
Remove the air damper (A) from the glove box (B).

4.
Remove the lock pins (A) and then remove the glove box (B).

5.
To install, reverse removal procedure.

Replace any damaged clips (or pin - type retainers).
